SHIPPING POLICY

After you have placed your online order, you will receive a confirmation email.

 

Once we have confirmation of payment we will prepare your product for shipping.

​

Once your order ships, we’ll send you a shipment confirmation email that includes an estimated arrival date and other tracking details (if available).

​

We use Courier Post for all our shipping.

​

Shipping time is generally between 3 and 5 working days. 

​

Postage is not available on weekends. Products ordered and purchased on Friday will only be shipped on the Monday following the weekend.

If you would like a product urgently, please contact us on info@kiwilaser.com and we will try to help.

​

We do offer a pick-up option. Our offices are in Kingseat, Auckland area. Please contact us on info@kiwilaser.com if you would like to use this option.

CUSTOM ORDERS

Courier Post have capped their delivery sizes to  different areas.

These sizes differ from area to area.

​

Should your package fall outside their Maximum Volume to that area and they are unable to accomodate us with delivery, we will contact you with other delivery options.

RETURNS POLICY

​

We have done everything in our power to package your product to prevent any breakages during postage.

Should your product arrive damaged, please take a photograph and email it to us on info@kiwilaser.com.

We will respond within a couple of hours and give you the option for a refund or a replacement product. 

 

If you chose a replacement, we will use an overnight postage option if it is at all possible. 

Overnight postage is NOT available over the weekend. 

 

For refunds, the purchase price of the product will be transferred into your chosen bank account.

Postage is not refundable. Only the price of the product is refundable.
