While I was still nursing, I worked at an endoscopy unit in Auckland. After a particularly busy Friday, I was leaving work and when passing our team leaders office, I saw her still at her desk.
I stopped and asked her when she was planning on going home. She just rolled her eyes and said that she needed to do the allocations for Monday or it was going to be chaos.
I told her that Monday would take care of itself. She had to go home, pour herself a glass of wine and put her feet up.
On the way home I decided to make her a couple of signs. I'd been wanting to design the "I'm already Disturbed" sign for ages and thought this would be a great time.
On Monday I hung the "I'm Already Disturbed" sign above her desk and gave her the 'Wine' sign.
She loved them both, but especially the Wine sign.
After a 12 hour day - they both say it all...
